We are RamiGift! A team full of love, inclusivity, and energy. Our team consists of 15 members from Spain, the United States, and China. We search for and test new products every day, and update 5–10 new items every week. RamiGift was established in the spring of 2025 and has set up warehouse centers in both Spain and China.
Regarding environmental protection: All our products comply with the environmental regulations of the European Union and the United States.

2. Account and Order Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate shipping and contact information.
You are responsible for all orders placed through your account.
Orders may only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of submission, provided they have not entered processing or production.
Once production or shipment begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
For randomized DIY gifts, once production begins, the allocation of items is final and cannot be changed.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
Place unauthorized or duplicate orders
Use the Website for gambling, lottery, financial investment, or resale for illegal purposes
Attempt to manipulate or interfere with the Website’s operations
4. Randomized Products
All randomized products (e.g., Mystery Balls, Gashapon Capsules, Mystery Boxes) are assigned randomly during production.
Random allocation is final; dissatisfaction with allocated items, perceived value, rarity, style, or personal preference is not a valid refund reason.
Refunds or replacements are only provided for:
Significant damage during transit
Missing items or incomplete quantity
Customers must provide clear photo or video evidence within 48 hours of receipt to request a refund or replacement.
Randomized products are not lottery, gambling, or betting products; every customer receives a product corresponding to their order value.
5. Regular Products
Standard non-random products are subject to the Website’s regular refund and return policies.
Refunds require items to be unused, in original packaging, and returned within the specified timeframe (suggested 7–14 days).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or the error is the Website’s.
6. Optional Video Services
Optional video services are digital content delivered electronically for entertainment or reference.
Once delivered, video services are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
Video content does not influence or change the allocation of randomized products.

For other countries, please contact customer service.
Orders placed to countries or regions outside of these areas cannot be fulfilled automatically.
Customers from non-listed countries who wish to order must contact customer service to confirm availability.
In such cases, the Website reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, at no cost to the customer.
